Black Canary Redesign

My take on Black Canary. I submitted this to Project Rooftop [link] for the Canary on the catwalk contest. Wish me luck!

I'm improving on my speed and style in digital art, but every suggestion helps a ton. I'd appreciate any critique on the design of the character, my photoshop technique, etc. Anything you think could have been improved.
