I'm hoping to get rewarded with some awesomely harsh critiques by some of the best in the fantasy illustration industry. Jon puts on some of the coolest challenges and rewards for them. In addition, the advice he gives on the site for those in the industry and those aspiring to find success in the industry, is unparalleled by most everywhere on the internet.
