There is one major flaw in this piece, which is the far leg of the satyr. It's missing a segment, which looks strange even without the comparison of the other leg, but even more so with it. The line you currently have with the leg is good for moving the eye around the page, so keep that in mind if and when you add the appropriate section to the leg. Also, the upper portion of that leg, near the arm, is simultaneously in front and behind the arm. adding some fur in front of the arm will fix that easily.
These are the only major flaws though, and I feel the image is extremely successful otherwise. Great job!
